Payment and Refund Policy

Payment:

• All coaching fees are non-refundable.
• Payment is required in advance before coaching services commence.

Subscription Cancellation:

• For rolling monthly subscriptions not contracted to 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation.
• Notice must be provided in writing (email is acceptable) and acknowledged by the coaching service.

Contracted Subscriptions:

• For subscriptions contracted to 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, clients must fulfill the contracted period before cancellation.
• Cancellation within the contracted period may result in forfeiture of the remaining coaching sessions without refund.

Refund Exception:

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of BODYGEEK.
• If a money-back guarantee is offered, it applies if the client fulfils all commitments outlined in the coaching agreement but does not achieve the agreed-upon results.

General Terms

Coaching Sessions

• Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance at mutually agreed-upon times.

Rescheduling:

• Clients may request to reschedule coaching sessions with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.

Confidentiality:

• All client information and discussions during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

Termination of Services:

• BODYGEEK reserves the right to terminate coaching services if a client violates the terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• BODYGEEK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By engaging in coaching services with BODYGEEK, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
